Use of this site is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to each use of this site. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this site and any revisions or changes thereof.
***Please be aware that we do not ship*** If you require shipping, you are responsible for making arrangements with shipper, which includes pick up of merchandise during designated pick up time.
Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address.
GUNS: All applicable gun laws apply.
In order to buy guns in this auction, you must be:
1. Registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address,
2. 21 years of age to buy short guns (pistols or revolvers)
3. 18 years of age to buy long guns (rifles or shotguns)
All GUNS should be picked up at the Dumas Seed Cleaners Monday after the auction is completed.
Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on.
All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.
Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item.
Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up.
Payment: Although you are required to register with a credit card, we do not accept credit cards for payment. Pay for your merchandise with cash or good check at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.
Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up by the buyer during the specified time. Any items that are not removed during the time allowed will be considered abandoned and may be discarded or resold.
Shipping: We do not ship. If you require shipping, you are responsible for making arrangements with shipper, which includes pick up of merchandise during designated pick up time.

Cornerstone Christian Academy Benefit Auction will be held in TWO AUCTIONS
AUCTION 1.The LIVE AUCTION WITH EARLY BIDDING which also has 2 parts which are A. "Early "biddining online, then B. Live "in person" bidding at the Academy . You are currently on the page designated for Early Bidding for the Live Auction.
Also, you have
AUCTION 2. the SILENT AUCTION which will be ONLINE BIDDING ONLY. It is a completely didfferent auction but on this same website. To register and bid in the Silent Auction, you will need to leave this page and select "Silent Auction"
AUCTION 1. HERE IS THE LIVE AUCTION EXPLAINED:
First, the on-line portion of the Live Auction which is- "On-Line Early Bidding" prior to the "Live Auction". Online early bidding opens Monday March 7th at 8am and closes Thursday, March 10th at 7pm.
No Max Bids are in effect on these auctions! Bid what you are willing to pay & the current bid will advance to that amount.
But its not over yet... because the highest bid on each item at the close of the online portion, becomes the starting bid at the second part - the Live "In Person" Auction
Second part - "Live In Person Auction" Friday, March 11th at 6:00 p.m. at the Cornerstone Christian Academy. If you were the high bidder on an item during the online portion, your final bid in the online portion will become the starting bid in the Live Auction.
Understand, it is possible your winning online bid could get out bid during the live/in person auction. It is also possible that you might not get outbid at the live auction, if so then you win the item. Winning bidders not present at the live auction will be notified of their winning status at the completion of the live auction. All items will need to be paid for and picked up shortly thereafter at the Cornerstone Christian Academy 909 HWY 65 N. Tillar, AR.

GUNS: Winning bidders will be required to have a background check prior to picking up thier guns. The Remington & Winchester SX3 can be picked-up at the Dumas Seed Cleaners after a background check is completed. The Winchester Wildcat can be picked-up at the CCA Gym after a completed background check.

CCA exists to train students to be "in the world" through academic excellence, but not "of the world" through transformed character. CCA provides a Christian environment in which faith can be integrated with learning to enable students to become spiritually, academically, emotionally, socially, and physically prepared for their calling as image bearers of God, that they may achieve all that God desires for them.
