Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise with cash, good check or card (4% added if paying with card), at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time. Before bidding you will be required to check a box that indicates you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. "No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be not be allowed to bibd in our future auctions and may find other HiBid Auctioneers will not allow bidding in their auctions as well.
