NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Iowa Code 578A that Menards Secured Self Storage will conduct sale(s) by competitive bidding on WEDNESDAY MARCH 16, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. on the premises where said property has been stored. Purchase and Bidding information: • Buyers must be at least 18 years old to bid. • Cash, money order or credit/debit card accepted at the time of sale. • Buyer is responsible for removing the entire contents of the unit and leaving the unit in a “broom swept” condition by the required cleanout time. • The Storage Facility is not liable for any illegal contents removed from the storage space by the Buyer.
Pick Up and Disposal: • All property secured by winning bids must be removed from the storage unit by Friday, March 18, 2022 @ 12:00pm. • Buyers are not allowed to use the on-site dumpsters. • Personal items (birth certificates, passports, driver's licenses, photo albums, bank statements, etc.) must be returned to the site manager at the time of removal. • All contents are sold where is & as is. • Sale is subject to adjournment.
