The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 16515 Cornerstone Drive; Belton Missouri. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own labor, tools, packing materials & moving equipment. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms). Handguns: Out of state residents must have handguns transferred to a FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee) in their state of residence and buyer must take possession from them. They are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you) and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to send the handgun to the FFL. For Kansas residents, if you use our recommend FFL they will charge $20 per handgun to do the transfer and there will be no shipping and handling fee; the gun will available for pickup in Gardner, KS. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Mayo Auction & Realty reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR MAYO AUCTION & REALTY SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
