Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address.
Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on.
All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.
Buyers Premium: 10% will be added to the final bid on each item
Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up.
Pay for your merchandise with cash , good check or card at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.
Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up by the buyer during the specified time. Any items that are not removed during the time allowed will be considered abandoned and may be discarded or resold.

The Non Profit organization - Reaching For Life that opereated a Free Books and More Library, Sewing Studio and Meeting Facility at 113 - 115 Knight Haven Circle, in 'The Village' south of Star City on Hwy 10, is is moving due to the sale of the building at their current location. They will be selling many of the assets to decrease overhead but will continue to work with programs that do not require a physical office such as their "Reading is Exciting" program with schools and libraries.
RFL Executive Director, Detri McGee, says "Your purchases from this auction will help further this work, THANK YOU!. We are not closing the Non Profit ! We will continue to pursue projects that benefit people of Lincoln County and Southeast Ark. Thank You to our donors and those helping us to do more in this area especially to benefit our children and the economic develop[ment of our area. The people of Southeast Ark really are the best !"
