Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on. Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address. Bids are not retractable and can not be deleted. Be sure before you bid! There is a 2 step confirmation before your bid is recorded. Once you have confirmed your bid, it can not be removed and you have legally obligated yourself to follow through with the purchase if in fact you become the winning bidder. All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed. Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item. Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time, with cash, good check or credit card (if you pay with credit card, 4% will be added to invoice total) . You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Buyers are responsible for loading. Bring help for the heavy stuff. Auction staff does not load. Ocasionally helpers are on hand at the auction site to help load. If if in fact helpers will be on hand, it will be noted in the Winning Bidder Email With Invoice. They are independant contractors and are not furnished by the Auction Co. They work for tips only. If you require their help, be prepared to pay them directly. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the details section for each individual auction. If you find yourself unable to pick up, please call to pay over the phone and have someone else pick up for you . If you do not call to pay and have your merchandise picked up, you will not be allowed to bid in our future auctions. Items in this auction are from 3 different Estate and are in 3 locations, all in Monticello. - 207 South Main : Lawyer book cases, law books, office desks and supplies & some household items. These office items and misc household items are from the John Frank Gibson Estate - 114 Mark Circlle: antique, vintage and rustic furniture & jewelry - Meek Estate - 1849 Hwy 278 east : vintage and antique furniture & like new appliances from the Meek Estate. The appliances are from the Chapman Estate . They had just installed in a rent house when a tree fell on and demolished the house.
