Any and all interested parties will take FULL responsibility of this home(s) at the time of purchase on Auction Day, if he/she is the high winning bidder/purchaser.

 

Ingram Manor will relinquish all original paperwork required in which to conduct this public auction of the noted listed home(s).

 

·        Title Search indicating titleholder and/or lienholders

·        Certified letters mailed to titleholder and all lienholder(s) listed on the title search

·        Publisher's Affidavit of Publication

·        Affidavit of Sale or Disposal - Abandoned Manufactured home (Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles - State Form 50635) with signed Auctioneer information.

 

Winning purchaser/high bidder accepts and agrees to all responsibility of the listed home(s) effective on Auction Date in processing paperwork in which to obtain title in their name. Furthermore, all monthly fees on the site where home(s) is located become the responsibility of the purchaser beginning on Auction Day.
