All items will be sold as-is, where-is. 15% buyers premium with a 5% discount for cash or checks. All items must be removed day of sale. Doors will open at 3:00 p.m. for preview and registration. 8% sales tax will be charged unless you have a copy of your Alabama Dept of Revenue issued tax exempt certificate.

Listing Information
Several people have asked to have a pot luck night so this Saturday we will be the night. We will be at the auction at 3:00 to watch the Alabama Florida football game so everyone is invited to come watch it with us. Also you can bring a covered dish to share with your auction family. Example: Casseroles, chicken and rice, cookies, pies, cake, etc, bring what ever you would like. An entire house has come out of probate after being sealed up for a very long time. The entire contents of this house will be auctioneed off to the highest bidder on this night. We have a great sale three times a month where we take the contents of several small estates from around our area and combine them into one large auction. Items you could see are furniture, jewelry, coins, antiques, collectables, sports memorabilia, mid century modern, sterling, gold, architectural pieces and much, much more. As well as estates we have a group of great consigners with awesome items for every one of our sales. We usually always try to have pictures posted for you to view at least one week prior to the sale. However, we add items all the way up until time for the sale. Check back often and see what we have added.
