All participants agree to the terms and conditions of the auction by entering and engaging in the auction by offering bids to purchase merchandise to be sold in as is condition with no warranties expressed or implied. The acceptance of offers signifies a verbal agreement in which the bidder agrees to take responsibilty for the said merchandise from that point forward and make payment in full which will include 10% buyers premium, NC sales tax, for taw exemption a copy of exemption must be presented to be kept on file, 35 credit card filing fee, and if shipping is required that will be an added cost to be determined per the current shipping rate and any handling fees not to exceed $5 per box shipment. All annoncements made day of sale taake precedence over previously printed material.
