BIDS: -No bids can be withdrawn after being placed. -Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs, however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. -Any grades provided on individual lots are ONLY A GUIDE. We can not overstate that it is your responsibility to determine exactly what you are bidding on before you bid based on the photos provided. BIDDING NOTIFICATIONS: At time of registration you can choose to be notified by e-mail during the auction if you have been outbid. WINNING NOTIFICATION & INVOICING: -When an auction closes, if you are the winner of any lot, we will charge your credit card with the winning bid amount plus the buyers premium as stated in terms of auction, plus taxes. -All winning bidders will receive an e-mail with an attached invoice from GTAbids after the auction closes, typically within 36 hours. -If you believe you won and have not received an invoice please contact GTAbids and we will check our records. -If you'd like to know whether you won a lot at the close of the auction, check your "bidder history" -- if it says "may have won" that means you are the high bidder on the lot. If you are not the high bidder, it will say "you have been outbid." PICKUPS & REMOVALS: -Dates and times for pickup will be posted on our website. -Do not bid if you are unable to have your items picked up. -At time of pickup please bring a copy of your paid invoice, if having someone else pickup on your behalf please ensure they have a copy available to them. -Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times will be considered an abandoned item. -All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. -If you abandon or fail to pick up an item, your credit card will be charged for the purchase price of the item plus a minimum administration fee of $25 plus labour and trucking fees to remove the purchased items from the auction site during the scheduled pickup time. -Abandoning an item could result in you being banned from participating in GTAbids future auctions. ADDITIONS & DELETIONS: We reserve the right to remove and/or add lots and/or items to the sale at any point during the auction.
