All bidders must be registered prior to bidding. All purchases must be paid on or before conclusion of auction and prior to buyer removing purchases from auction sight.

Payment methods are CASH, Cashier’s Check, Personal and or Business Checks accepted with Letter of Guaranteed Payment, or Visa/Mastercard/Discover(3% Convenience Fee) under $5,000.

Pickup of titled vehicles and/or equipment purchased with personal or business check must wait til funds are cleared. In which case, Titles will not be transferred until week after auction. Cashier's checks will be accepted for vehicle and equipment purchases upon picking up equipment the week of March 14th, with a $500 Deposit up to $10,000 per lot purchase price and $1,000 deposit for purchases $10,001 and up per lot purchase price due at time of auction.

CASH Customers purchasing titled vehicles will need to go to Kyle's Notary in Thorndale, PA (7 minutes from auction site) for title and/or temporary tags.

DEALERS will also be required to complete the title transfer with Kyle's Notary. Please bring your dealer license if you want the title in dealership name.

LOADING NOTE FOR ROAD PLATES, SHURING BOX, and PLOW: Due to the weight of these items, the backhoe will be used to load these immediately following them being sold and no later than 10:30 am and prior to sale of backhoe. Buyer/s should be prepared to load immediately or provide their own method of loading.

THE SHIPPING CONTAINER MUST BE PICKED THE WEEK OF MARCH 14 -18, NOT ON DAY OF AUCTION AND MUST BE REMOVED USING A ROLL BACK TRUCK. ANY DAMAGE DONE TO PROPERTY WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE BUYER.

ANY AND ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON DAY OF AUCTION MUST BE PICKED UP THE WEEK OF MARCH 14, 2022 - MARCH 18, 2022 BETWEEN HOURS OF 9 AM AND 3 PM AND BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. BUYER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK OF LOSS FOR ANY ITEMS LEFT HERE FOR PICKUP. BUYER MUST PRESENT PAID INVOICE UPON SCHEDULED PICKUP.

ANY ITEMS REMAINING AT THE AUCTION SITE AFTER 3 PM ON FRIDAY, MARCH 18, 2022 WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BUYER RELINQUISHES ANY AND ALL CLAIM OF OWNERSHIP. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ABANDONED ITEMS.
