Manufactured Home(s) Sold "As Is, Where Is" no warranties or guarantees, you must rely on your own personal inspection. Not responsible for accidents, injury or items after "SOLD." This buyer is responsible to pay accruing lot rent starting effective Auction Day. Any site fees that become due is to be paid via Cashier's Check or Money Order to Ingram Manor.
