Preview and Removal: Items can be viewed starting Monday, January 31st thru Friday, February 4th from 9am-5pm. Doors open at 8am on February 5th. Items can be picked-up Monday, February 7th thru Friday, February 11th 9am-5pm & Saturday, February 12th 8am-1pm, all items must be removed by Saturday February 12th at 1pm.  Shipping is available at buyers expense. 

Terms: There will be a 10% buyers premium for live bidders & a 15% buyers premium for online bidders added to all purchases.  A 6.5% tax will apply unless exempt.
