This auction will incorporate a "SOFT CLOSE". Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time of that item. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more. BUYERS PREMIUM: 15% Buyers premium applies to all on-line purchases. Email or mail recipients may opt-out at any time. **AUCTION SOFTWARE: Koons Auctions will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies. **INVOICING: An invoice and payment instructions will be sent to each buyer's registered email at the close of the auction. Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 7 days (shipping customers have 7 days after their "Square" invoice is emailed) after invoices are emialed, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all moneys. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. FAILURE to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Koons Auctions. FAILURE to pickup/pay for items WILL result in buyer being PERMANENTLY BANNED from future auctions. BRING WITH YOU: Loading HELP, Tools, Carts, Packing materials, Load straps, Chains, Binders and any other items you may need to load, pack and haul your purchases. Some Items may need to be move up or down stairs. Bring Adequate Help With You! **RETURNED CHECK FEES: A fee of $40.00 + ALL costs to recover will be assessed on returned checks and may result in the bidder being denied access to future auctions.
