The high bidder will be required to sign a purchase and sale agreement with $25,000.00 in earnest money that will be presented to the seller of the real estate the day after the auction ends. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject high bid. If accepted, the sale is to close within 30 days for cash. The high bidder will meet with Joe Hutchins, Listing Agent, at the office of Triple A Realty, 1838 Eldridge Ave., Twin Falls, Idaho at 10:00 AM the day following auction unless other arrangements are made prior to the auction close.
