All items are sold "AS IS" and all sales are final. Please do not bid on items if you are unable to pick up during scheduled pickup time. Bidder agrees to settle the dispute through arbitration in Rock County, Wisconsin should any arise. Bidder agrees that under no circumstances will they initiate a charge back on their credit card. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase or receive any refund whatsoever. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly at any time. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during auction. George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. George Auction Service & Real Estate, LLC may withdraw or re-catalog any item on this auction at their own discretion.
