Units to be cleaned out and swept by Monday, November 29th, 2021 by 5:00 p.m. Take a picture of the unit and text that picture to (828-593-9679) once it is cleaned and swept we will then refund the $50.00 cleanout fee to your credit / debit card. The lock on the unit will need to be dropped in the lock box at the storage unit office. We will send a code once the auction is over to be able to have access to the gate at the Storage unit Facility.
Terms: Auction is ONLINE ONLY! 16% Buyers Premium. Visa and MasterCard Accepted. $50.00 refundable clean out fee to be added to each storage unit purchased. All sales are final! All announcements take precedence over any printed material.
