Terms and Conditions:  All Personal Property Items and Real Estate will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, Condition.  All Buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of any Personal Property Items they are interested in, as well as the Real Estate.  Once the item or items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  All Sales Are Final.

Payment Terms:  We Accept Cash, Approved Check, Credit and Debit Cards.  Payments made by the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be charged a 4% Buyers Fee.  However payments made by Cash or approved Check, the Buyers Fee will be waived on Personal Property Item Purchases Only.

Directions:  From the intersection of Hwy 64 and Roland Rd. (IGA Store) Go North on Roland, Rd. Approx. 1.5 miles to Highland Drive.  Turn West on Highland Drive and follow to the Auction Location.  Auction Signs Will Be Posted.
