Terms and Conditions of Auction
17% Buyers Premium applies. Buyer must pickup items within the specified time frame stated. All Items are sold "As Is", "Where Is" with no warranties or guarantees expessed or implied by Ea Auctioneers and Auctions. It is the Buyers responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding. All sales are final. In the event of non-payment of item, the bidder shall assume all court costs associated with collection of payment in court. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Maury County, Tennessee. Ea Auctioneers and Auctions has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and suitabilitry of each lot. Printed statements and/or descriptions by Ea Auctioneers and Auctions and its staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion.
No Buybacks: Sellers are contractually prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned/contracted to the auction.
Soft Close: This auction has a soft close feature, meaning if a bid is placed within the last two (2) minutes of a lot closing then time will be extended an additional two (2) minutes onto the time left remaining.
Stagger Close: This auction features a stagger close which means items/lots end in several second increments. Each auction may have a different stagger time amount. Larger auctions will have a smaller stagger time to ensure the entire auction ends in a timely manner. An example of a stagger close is this. The auction is set to start ending at 8:00 pm (EST) 7:00 pm (CST). This does not means all items/lots will end at 7:00 pm. If the stagger time is set to ten (10) seconds then lot #1 will end at 7:00:00 pm, lot #2 will end at 7:00:10, Lot #3 will end at 7:00:20 and so on until all lots have ended. NOTE: bidding can extend on a lot if a bid is placed within the last two (2) minutes of the item ending. See the paragraph above to explain the "soft close" feature.
Preview will be held by appointment only on Friday, November 5, 2021 contact Ea Auctioneers & Auctions to schedule a preview time at (931)698-2220 or (931) 212-8512. Please preview all items prior to bidding as they are selling "As Is" "Where Is". Preview will be held at 1301 South James Campbell Blvd., Columbia, TN 38401. THE AUCTION WILL CLOSE SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2021 AT 7:00 PM (CST).
Pick-up for items will be on Monday November 15, 2021 and Tuesday November 16, 2021 - 9:00 am (CST) - 5:00 pm (CST ONLY! All items purchased must be picked up and paid for on this day. No exceptions. Please be prepared to pay and pick-up items on these days before you place a bid on any items. Pick-up Location 1301 South James Campbell Blvd. Columbia, TN 38401 for all items (Watch for Ea Auctioneers & Auctions Signs). Please call our office if you have questions regarding the pick-up times and location. (931) 698-2220 or (9310 212-8512. No Shipping is being offered unless Ea Auctioneers is contacted prior to close of auction. Ea Auctioneers & Auctions will have the final say as to shipping any item(s). All shipping cost will be charged and paid by Buyer.

ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON DESIGNTED PICK-UP DAY WILL BE ASSESSED A $5.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE PRIOR TO AUCTION END.
