Buyer is responsible for all disconnects, removals and hauling at the buyer's expense, liability, and risk. All items sell As Is, Where is, No exceptions and No guarantees or warranties. PAYMENT: Due to the strict time constraint of this online auction, at the conclusion of the auction ALL invoices with an amount due of $1,000.00 or less will automatically have the credit card used at registration processed for the 16% Internet Premium plus a 3% MasterCard/Visa convenience fee and 5.5% Wisconsin Sale tax. No exceptions. Purchases in the amount of $1000.01 and greater will be emailed an invoice for the purchase total, plus the 16% internet premium and 5.5% WI Sales Tax. Payment can be made at the pick-up site with cash; by MasterCard/Visa (with an added 3% convenience fee) or by Business Check or Cashier's Check only when accompanied by a Bank Letter Confirmation of Funds.
