A 10% Buyers Premium applies to all bids and is due and payable in full with the final payment. All assets can/will be charged to your cedit card on file soon after the auction closes unless noted. All credit cards transaction must clear before items can be removed, You will be emailed a invoice when your transaction has cleared. Invoices are required for item removal NO CREDIT CARD FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE BUYER. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY ITEM FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.
All of our auctions feature a soft close. If a bid on any item is received within three minutes of close, that item will automatically extend for three minutes. Each time there is bidding activity within the last three minutes of the item close bidding will continue to extend three minutes until there is no bidding activity within the last three minutes of the current close time.
All assets are being sold in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition and with all faults. Neither the Seller nor Auctioneer makes any warranty, express or implied, as to the nature, quality, value or condition of any asset. Auctioneer and Seller expressly disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any description or listing, and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneer with respect to such errors. All information has been obtained from sources generally believed to be reliable, but the accuracy cannot be guaranteed or warranted by the Auctioneer. Bidder acknowledges it is their responsibility to inspect all assets and to make their own inquires. Please verify all quantity counts. In the event of a quantity count difference, the final transaction price will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis only. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER ON ASSET CONDITION - If you are purchasing any assets without viewing them, you are doing so at your own risk. We will do our best to provide photographs of each asset being sold. At Northern Kentucky Auction, we do not use "stock" photographs or use one photo to represent multiple lots. Our policy is to provide at least one photograph of every lot that you are purchasing.

Shipping and Removal - Items may be picked up in person as outlined in the Auction Description. We also provide shipping services as outlined below (not available for all auctions), or you may arrange your own pickup and/or shipping.
USPS / UPS / FedEx Shipping is available at our cost plus 10% Handling ($5 Min/$20 Max Handling Fee). There will also be an additional 1% ($1 Minimum) added to cover shipping insurance.
We will be happy to assist with arranging freight at buyer's expense for items too large, heavy, dangerous and/or fragile for regular package delivery service. Additional handling and/or material charges will apply. Shipping is calculated and charged separately and after your invoice for items, fees and taxes has been paid in full. Should damage occur during shipping you will need to contact the shipper to make a claim.
If you are unable to pick up your items during removal times and by the removal deadline, and do not make arrangements for shipping, a storage fee of $10 per day will be charged starting with the day after the removal deadline. You may avoid storage fees by paying for your items by the payment deadline, and notifying us by the removal deadline that you wish to abandon your items. Abandoned items will be disposed of or resold at our discretion without compensation to the buyer.
Non-paying bidders will be banned from our auctions, and we reserve the right to share this information with other auctioneers directly and/or through our auction platform, and that information may be used to prevent you from bidding on their auctions as well.
You must be at least 18 years old to bid
Third party shippers must present your paid invoice before items will be released. Once items are released by the winning bidder to a third party, such as a shipping or moving company, Northern Kentucky Auction, LLC, assumes no liability.
Each winning bidder is responsible for paying 6.0% Kentucky sales tax (unless tax exempt) on their purchase directly to the Auction Company. If a winning bidder is exempt, they must provide a copy of their tax-exempt certificate to Northern Kentucky Auction prior to or at time of payment / checkout. .
Additional terms may be announced or modifications may be made as necessary and items may be removed prior to any bids being received at the auctioneer's discretion. These terms are subject to change.
Technology Disruptions; Failures by Online Auction Platform Provider and its Affiliates or Contractors. Auctioneer will not be responsible for technology disruptions, errors, or failures (including disruptions to bidding or the failure to execute, recognize, or record online bids), whether caused by (i) loss of connectivity, breakdown, disruption, or failure of the Online Auction Platform, (ii) breakdown, disruption, or failure of a Bidder;s internet connection, computer, or system, or (iii) otherwise, Auctioneer may, but will not be required to, continue, suspend, delay, extend, reschedule, or close the Auction because of disruptions caused by technology failures, even after bidding has commenced, Under no circumstances will Auctioneer be liable for an failure of the Online Auction Platform Provider to perform all or any of its obligations. Or for the failure of any affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, or contractors of the Online Auction Platform Provider to perform their obligations.

Sniping: Due to rounding and the imprecision of minutes left, do not wait until the last minute to bid. Sniping doesn't work with the "soft close" system;. Give yourself a cushion of time to make sure that you don't lose the items.

Registration: Registration is free but does require several important pieces of information. As with our live auctions, bidders must be registered with a full name, address, and telephone number. An email address is also required so bidders may be sent winning bid notifications and auction invoices. Information from a credit card is to be held on file. This information is obtained to deter defunct bidding. Registration may only be completed with an acknowledgment that the bidder has read and understood all terms and conditions for the sale and online bidding. Each registered bidder will be assigned a bid number which may be used on this auction.
Bidding: Online bidding is to be understood as a binding contract. Bids will be taken with the understanding that the bidder will honor their winning bid with sufficient funds including all applicable taxes and fees. Do not bid if you do not intend to pick up or arrange for your items to be shipped.. Notification of winning bids will be sent via email along with an auction invoice within 24 hours of the auction's close.
Bidding Increments are used in all of our auctions. Increments reflect the minimum amount of bid increase for the designated dollar values :

Close of Bidding: The bidding will begin to close at the designated date and time. For your convenience, the closing of items will be on a staggered basis of 1 items every XX seconds. (Varies per auction) We suggest using the "Live Catalogue" view. Using this view will eliminate the need to refresh your screen and will always show the next 15 items closing in the auction. The closing of some items may be extended in the event of last minute bidding. See paragraph regarding the Extended Ending feature.
Penalties: Any bidding found to be fraudulent and/or negligence to provide proper payment in the allotted time will result in all appropriate legal action. Any invoice not fully and properly paid for in the allotted time will be charged to the credit card account presented at registration and the items forfeited. Delinquencies will be noted and will prevent the individual from participating in any further live or online auctions conducted by Northern Kentucky Auction, LLC.

Northern Kentucky Auction LLC firearms policy. All Federal and Kentucky firearms laws will be complied with. Magazines that are not legal and cannot be converted to legal parts in Kentucky will not be included in the sale for Kentucky residents or others who live where they are not legal and remain the property of the seller. There is no compensation for the removal of the magazine. Bid accordingly. All firearms/Ammo must be picked up in person by the high bidder who is a Kentucky Resident. Any out of state firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL at the buyers expense. Some firearms and magazines may not be legal in all locations. Not for sale where prohibited. Check local laws and answer all questions before bidding. NO REFUNDS. As a precondition of participating in this auction, buyer agrees to release seller and Northern Kentucky Auction LLC from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item.
