Winning Bids will be processed after close of auction and your card on file charged at that time. If you will require shipping, please inquire with us prior to bidding on a particular lot. We use USPS and sometimes UPS, never FedEx. Some may be too heavy or large to ship for a reasonable amount. If an item is damaged in shipping, you can submit a claim with your local office, we can't do it for you. Local pickup will be at the address provided for auction location, or as noted in item description. Certain lots may be stored in a separate location for pickup. All sales are final, and on a where is/as is basis. We do our best with descriptions and pictures, if something is not clear, or you have a question, please ask. Once you have placed a bid, it is considered a binding financial contract to purchase the item if you win. If you accidentally enter a wrong number, please make contact so we can fix it. If you do not before close of auction, that would be too late. There is a 15% buyers premium, taxes are collected per WA state/county rates. We accept all major cards Special note: Pickup times are firm as stated. With large auctions, I will not have time to make special exceptions for anyone. Simply put, if you cannot attend the pickup times, make arrangements, or have someone representing you pick up your items, they will be considered forfeit, along with your payment. Christmas Lots 31 thru 80 are in storage at Arlington Airport. Arrangements must be made for pickup times, if its a big/heavy item, bring help. All other items will be at normal pickup place and times. Please be aware there are many items we cannot ship in this auction due to size or weight.
