Items being shipped: We use UPS and USPS for shipping. If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $3 packaging fee for the first item and a $1 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling (such as the large photographs), an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason). If you have a declined credit card, we will charge a $20 chase fee, unless you contact us with another form of payment within 24 hours (of decline) on business days. If you are a no-show to the auction pick up, we will run your card and you forfeit the item(s). No Exceptions.

This is a word from Monika's daughter: Monika has always been an independent woman, always gave of herself to everyone, others were always more important. She loves her church, kids, grandkids. She, unfortunately afer taking care of her older brother & moved him to Phillips from Madison had a massive strokeleaving her left side paralized at 67. She always enjoyed crafting, sewing, knitting, crocheting, hunting, fishing, and will no longer be able to do any of these things. She also enjoyed her neighbors, where she lived & Phillips itself. She can no longer drive to see anyone including her grandkids, kids, and granddogs who she'd visit weekly. Life can change in a minute!
