AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. CASH OR GOOD CHECK OR CREDIT CARD (4% SERVICE CHARGE).
2. NO MERCHANDISE MAY BE REMOVED UNTIL COMPLETE SETTLEMENT HAS BEEN MADE. CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT CHARGED AT REGISTRATION FOR WINNING BIDS, YOU MUST PAY WHEN YOU PICK UP.
3. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS AND HOW IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY TYPE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED CONCERNING THE MERCHANDISE BEING SOLD.
4. ONCE AN ITEM IS SOLD IT BECOMES THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
5. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF ALL MERCHANDISE. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TRUCK, TOOLS, HELPERS, TRAILER AS APPLICABLE.
6. DESCRIPTION OF MERCHANDISE CONTAINED IN CATALOG ARE INTENDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY, PLEASE EXAMINE ITEMS CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING AS NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
7. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OLD IS PERMITTED TO REGISTER OR BID.
8. THE AUCTIONEER/ AUCTION COMPANY MAY REMOVE ITEMS FROM SALE AT THEIR DISCRETION.
9. THE AUCTIONEER/AUCTION COMPANY IS THE SOLE AUTHORITY ON ANY DISPUTED BID AND THEIR WORD IS FINAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CORRECT ANY CLERICAL ERRORS AND TO REINVOICE IF NECESSARY.
10. NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS OR STOP PAYMENT CHECKS ARE SUBJECT TO A $35.00 RETURNED CHECK FEE.
11. SHIPPING OF ANY ITEMS MUST BE AGREED UPON BY THE AUCTION COMPANY, PLEASE CHECK BEFORE BIDDING TO BE SURE WE ARE ABLE TO SHIP AN ITEM, A $10 HANDLING FEE WILL BE ADDED TO THE SHIPPING CHARGES. SHIPPING MAY TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR ITEMS ARE SENT AS WE MUST TAKE CARE OF LOCAL PICK UPS FIRST. WE PACKAGE IN HOUSE AND WILL PACK YOUR PURCHASE WITH CARE.
