NOTE: Bidding software only acknowledges whole numbers. Your final bid will be multiplied by 212.79. Acceptance of Bids: Your bid is not subject to financing. Sellers have the right to accept the final bid by 5pm on October 11th, 2021. Buyer will sign a purchase agreement at the end of the auction and place a 10% non-refundable earnest deposit in the Kohorst Law Trust Account, where it will be held until closing. CLOSING: Seller will providet the buyer with an updated abstract upon closing. Buyer to have a title opinion completed by an attorney of the buyers choice. Each party shall pay normal costs associated with a real estate transaction. Closing to take place on or before November 11th, 2021.
