It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read any description and HGWTllc recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is offered, please contact us to schedule a time. HGWTllc shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called out. Payment All invoices under $1000 will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices in excess of $1000 must be paid by approved methods. All invoices will be sent out showing a 15% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Pick Up and Shipping Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. Breaching of Terms If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the terms & conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by Auction Company, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, and deficiencies and re-marketing expenses resulting from resale of the item(s) or property. Additional commission shall be due and payable.
Listing Information
Due to the Hibid Outage over the weekend, we have extended this auction through Thursday October 7th with pick up on the 8th from Noon til 6. We apologize for any inconvience. This is an online only auction to liquidate an estate of an antique collector in Fenton, Mo. This house is full top to bottom with antiques and collectibles. We will be conducting multiple auctions to finalize the estate. This first auction has a soft close beginning at 7:30 on October 7th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on October 6th The road leading to home is fairly narrow so we will offer Sign Up Genius link if you would like to schedule your pick up time. It will be included with your invoice. All items sell as is, as received with no attempt to improve. Shipping is provided by a 3rd party the UPS store and there is a $5 fee to transport items to them Please respond to your invoice within 24 hours of receipt if you would like shipping. If we do not receive notification of shipping your items will be left with the estate
