Buyer is responsible for the complete removal of buyer's purchases and accepts full responsibility for any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on pick up premises. Seller, auctioneers and buyer expressly agree that the buyer is responsible for and agrees to indemnify seller, auctioneers and their respective affiliates for any and all damages (whether based on contract, tort, warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, and including special, incidental and consequential damages), losses, expenses, attorney's fees, court cost, etc. that arise out of or result from the removal, possession or use of any items purchased at auction, or any other claim regarding the use or possession of any asset purchased at auction. Watertown's Art On Main Banner Benefit Auction Event will be held on Thursday, September 23rd, 2021 at 6pm at the Elks Lodge 117 N 1st Street, in Watertown with a LIVE bidding event plus SIMULCAST Online bidding event. Doors open for preview opportunity at 5pm. Art On Main is a unique outdoor art exhibit created to celebrate the talent of local artists and the banners have beautified our downtown all summer. Banners measure 18 inches by 48 inches and are clear coated for outdoor use. The banners also feature grommets at the top and bottom near the rod pockets for mounting or displaying. Mark your calendar to join us at the LIVE auction event or bid ONLINE in the simulcast auction.
