Firearms and Ammo: All Firearm Transactions will be handes a certified FFL Dealer and all local,state and federal laws will be strictly adhered to. Additional handling an shipping fees as determined by dealer will be clearly disclosed at time of sale. Al Primers and Powder will be picked up at Auction site in person. Be advised that any ammo purchased that the auction is marked Antique or Vintage is exactly that and is not under any circumstances to be consumed in any firearm. The lots of ammo in those auctions are for collector purposes only!! In other words feel free to Collect those items,However Dont Shoot the stuff!! Be advised that all Federal,State, and Local Laws will be followed to the Letter in Every Transaction!! That includes all applicable Firearms, Ammo, Powder Primers etc... I would advise any Nebraska Firearm Buyer to Have in their possesion at the time of Purchase A Valid Ne Drivers License, Nebraska Concealed Carry Card or Nebraska Sherrifs Handgun Purchase Card. If you dont currently have those go get them! All out of state buyers will have to follow all FFL shipping procedures and Dave Phelps of Kist Organics will handle the FFL Shipping items. Also my people will do the best job possible of determining the calibers of different lots however if some are wrong they will all be sold as is where is. Some boxes of ammo are partial lots and there is some reloaded ammo in the bunch. So you will accept any liability for any lot that might turn out to be reloaded.
