  These items have been professionally apparaised and certified by a Licensed Personal Property Appraiser.

Auction Terms and Conditions:  All Items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, Condition.  All Bidders/Buyers are expected to make a reasonble inspection of the items they are interested in before Bidding / Buying.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winnning bidders.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All Sales Are Final and All Purchases Must Be Paid For Day of Auction. 

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Approved Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID,  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  All payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will have a 4% buyer's fee included with the final purchase total.  Payment made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyer's fee waived on Personal Property item purchases only.  All purchases are to be paid for the Day of Auction.

From the Intersection of Hwy 64 and 4780 Rd. (Roland Rd.) Go North Approximately 8 miles to the Liberty Ok. Community continue past the Liberty School. 4780 Rd. will turn to 4760 Rd. at Liberty.  Stay on 4760 Rd for approximately 2 miles, you will come to 4760 and 1050 Rd.  Turn West on 1050 Rd. and go 1/4 mile to the Auction Location.
