This will be a live, in person auction at the Arlington Airport. Access will be limited through the south gate, please follow signs and only park in the marked area. We will cut off vehicle access promptly at 1pm. As described, the auction is two lots. Lot 1 is the RV-4, Lot 2 is Contents of Workshop. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium and WA State Tax applies unless you have a reseller's permit. If you do, you must provide us with a PAPER copy when registering to bid. Winning bidder(s) will be required to place a $1000 cash or cashier's check deposit with us at the close of auction. The balance is due by 4pm Monday, 9/26/21. If a credit card is used to pay the balance, there will be an additional 4% fee. Otherwise, cashiers check or regular check will be deposited and the goods released when the money clears into our account. If suitable payment arrangements are not made by the deadline, the $1000 is forfeit and that lot will be offered to the second place bidder under the same terms. Winning bidders will have 10 days to clear out the workshop OR make arrangements for longer term rental with Airport Management. The winner of the contents is responsible for removing EVERYTHING from the building, if a mess is left behind, the $1000 deposit will be forfeit for cleaning expenses. Once complete, the deposit will be returned immediately.

RV-4 Airplane and the contents of an aircraft workshop at the Arlington Airport. The RV-4 will be sold individually with a reserve of $19,500. The contents of workshop include a Cassutt kit plane complete, engines, tools, cabinets full of instrument gauges and parts, fuel bladder, plane building materials, and much more. The contents will be auctioned with a reserve of $12,500 on everything but the structure itself. The RV-4 has minor damage from a mouse on one wing, please ask for video. There is a preview day on Saturday the 18th, from 9am to 1pm. First come, first served. No more than 3 inside at a time. If you do so, please make sure to call and confirm your intent. We will not be able to monitor any bids here beyond Noon PST on 9/25, so anything received after that electronically will be invalid.
