If you have any question please contact us. * A 12.5% buyers premium will be added to every item sold. * There will be a 3.5% credit card fee on all transactions using a credit card, we will run your credit card on file with Hibid after the auction unless other arrangements have been made with Lane Auction Company. * All items are to be picked up during normal pick up times designated by each auction. *Items must be picked up by Friday following each sale by 5:00 PM. We are not a storage facility and do not have the room to store items after each sale. If items can't be picked up then they can be shipped at your expense. Items not picked up will be subject to forfeiture and you will be charged a 25% relisting fee, you will be issued a refund for 75% of the "hammer" price if you paid by credit card, and the items will be relisted in our next auction. Please do not ask us to "hold items" until the next auction as we do not have the space, nor want the responsibility of your items getting lost as we move a lot of product every week. We hate to pose an inconvenience but we just do not have the room to store sold items as well as trying to bring in new products.
