Sale Information
Sale Format: Online auction Via Temchack Auction Serivce (temchackauction.com). Auction will Open Septermber 1, 2021 and will soft close beginning at 6pm MST September 7, 2021. Each Lot will have a beginning bid (Minimum) and each bid will be in 100 dollar increments
Cattle Viewing: Contact Bruce or Tena to View the cattle any time prior to the online close.
Sale Cattle Information: Information on each lot will be available online at Temchack Auction with pictures available online through link at Temchack auction.
Sale Terms: The terms of the sale are cash. All settlements will be made with Milk Creek Reds following the sale and prior to load out of cattle. We will follow the Terms and Conditions set forth by the Red Angus Association of America. Cattle will be transferred to new owners after all settlements are completed.
Transportation: Transportation is at buyer's expense. Milk Creek will work with buyers to pool rides to reduce transportation costs. Due to the drought we ask all buyers to have transportation arrangements made so that cattle can be loaded out before September 11, 2021.

Herd Health Program:
All sale females will be Bangs Vaccinated and will have readable tags and tattoos for shipment.
Heifer calves are vaccinated with Vision 7 at branding, Bovishield Gold 5 one shot and Vision 7 Somnus August 2, 2021.
Bred Heifers are vaccinated as calves with the same protocol as the Heifer calves above. This spring they were vaccinated with Pregguard 10 FP.
The mature cows are vaccinated with Pregguard 10 FP in the spring.
All bred females were ultrasounded for pregnancy by Fallon County Vet Service and the data is available on each lot in the sale cattle information.
