Sellers/buyer Rules for the Auction held OCT 2nd 10Am 1. All Sellers must be registered in to sell items 2. All sellers must have the legal rights to sell goods/items 3. sellers have the right to with-draw there items if it dose not meet the "Reserved" price set before Auction. 4. Auctioneer reserves the right not sell any goods/items for any resin seen fit. 5 Auctioneer holds the rights to charge seller for non-sale of items if reserve was not met. or seller pulls said items from sell. 6. All items are sold AS-IS Where IS. 7 gun sales only allowed if it is part of an Estate owner must show paperwork before consigned in for Auction. no others will be sold 7. seller/buyer/public will hold Auction property harmless of any personal property/ items, injury all times. 8. All buyers Must have a buyer number to bid/buy at auction. 9. payment: all payments will be settled before removing any items buyer/seller. 10. cash, check, "CCards allowed with a 4%conv. fee added to final bill" 11. All items if titled must be clean and in hand the day of sale or must have paperwork from bank. 12. No selling on Auction property if not part of the Auction. You may sale if Auctioneer receives commission from sold item's 13. twin lake is a private lake please respect there property and roads. also will be held harmless of any legal misshapening's 14. Auctioneer once said sold the item is sold if for some resin there is a tie only the tie bidders will be able to bid on re-opening of bid 14.
