Under no circumstances will Phillip Traylor Auctions and Land be responsible or liable for any packing, packaging, rigging, pickup/removal, transportation, loss or damage to bidder's items after ownership has transferred to bidder. Failure by the winning bidder to make payment and comply with the aforementioned terms shall be deemed a default by the bidder and may result in termination of contract and suspension from participation in future auctions until the default is cured. Unpaid invoices which are in default may become subject to Debt Collection fees, Interest Charges, and Reinstatement fees. If the Buyer fails in the performance of winning bidder's obligations, the Auction Co. may exercise such rights and may pursue such remedies as provided by law.
Buyer is responsible for all packing, packaging, loading, rigging, shipping, and transportation of items at his/her sole expense and risk. Buyer shall use care and prudence during the removal process and shall be liable for all damage incurred due to buyer's actions.

This online only estate auction offers items from Mark & Reba Swann. Mark & Reba are very well known and accomplished relic hunters. This auction will include Paleo, woodland, Mississippian, archaic & local relics from the Swann collection. This auction will also include antique furniture that dates as far back as the 18th century, vintage collectibles, die cast collectibles, boy scout/girl scout items & much more.
This online only auction will begin closing at 6pm CST on Tuesday Aug. 31st.
Pickup for this auction will be from 10am-6pm Thursday September 2nd and Friday September 3rd.
Shipping will be available on select items.
Pickup will be by appointment only at 2052 Ft Campbell Blvd. Clarksville, Tn. Winning bidders will receive scheduling instruction via email and text.
