5. ALL ONLINE WINNING BIDDERS WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION, OR WITHIN 2 DAYS, DEPENDING UPON CLOSE DATE. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BILLED. 14. IN THE EVENT OF A TIE, THE BID FROM THE FLOOR WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
17. WE WILL NOT SHIP ITEMS MARKED AS "LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY", GLASSWARE, LARGE PICTURES, FURNITURE, OR ANYTHING THAT IS FRAGILE. DO NOT BID ON THEM UNLESS YOU WILL BE CONTACTING AND PAYING FOR A 3RD PARTY SHIPPER.
18. WE SHIP VIA USPS (FLAT RATE) PRIORITY MAIL AND FEDEX.
19. WE WILL PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS AND CALCULATE SHIPPPING CHARGES PRIOR TO EMAILING YOU A FINAL PAID-IN-FULL INVOICE. ALONG WITH THE POSTAGE COST, THERE IS A $3.50 HANDLING CHARGE ON ALL SHIPPED ITEMS.
20. INSURANCE IS ADDED TO ALL ITEMS BEING SHIPPED USPS WHEN THE ITEM TOTAL IS GREATER THAN $50. (We use the insurance scale from the USPS to calculate the amount added to your invoice).
