It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only. If description does not match picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called out. Payment All invoices under $1000 will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices in excess of $1000 must be paid by approved methods. All invoices will be sent out showing a 15% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Pick Up and Shipping Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. Breaching of Terms If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the terms & conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by Auction Company, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, and deficiencies and re-marketing expenses resulting from resale of the item(s) or property. Additional commission shall be due and payable.

This is an online only auction to liquidate an estate from a home in Florissant, Mo. All items sell as is found with no attempt to improve. This auction is from a smoke free, pet free home. The auction has a soft close beginning at 7:30 on Tuesday Sept 7 with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up from this home is ONLY September 9th from Noon til 6. Cliff and Jerome will NOT be here, so if you depend on them to move your furniture, you need to make alternate plans. There is a 15% BP added to all winning bids to help offset the tremendous cost of online auction, Shipping is provided via 3rd Party the UPS store. They handle all of the packing and shipping, there is a $5 courier fee to transport those items
