We are not a storage facility and do not have the room to store items after each sale. If items can't be picked up then they can be shipped at your expense. Items not picked up will be subject to forfeiture and you will be charged a 25% relisting fee, you will be issued a refund for 75% of the "hammer" price if you paid by credit card, and the items will be relisted in our next auction. Please do not ask us to "hold items" until the next auction as we do not have the space, nor want the responsibility of your items getting lost as we move a lot of product every week. We hate to pose an inconvenience but we just do not have the room to store sold items as well as trying to bring in new products.
