Auction Terms & Conditions By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction and we will NOT be bringing lots back to our facility for pick up. All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday August 13th at 4:00 pm without exception. We do not have access to the property after this time. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location of 5045 Pointe Drive East China, MI 48054 during posted pick up times without exception. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however no sales tax will be charged.
This auction is NOT at our facility in Memphis. Open House, Payment and pick up location is at the auction location at 5045 Pointe Drive East China, MI 48054.
There are NO Shipping options for this auction and we will not be bringing items purchased back to our building for pick up. All items Must be paid for and picked up at the auction location listed above during the posted pickup times and dates without exception. As we will not have access to the property after this time.
