Directions: From Fort Smith, Ar. take Hwy 71 South through Greenwood, Ar. to Nickletown Rd.,  Turn West on Nickletown Rd. go 1.4 miles to Mockingbird Hill Rd. Turn Left (West) follow Mockingbird Hill Rd. for One Mile to Mockingbird Lane, take a HARD RIGHT Turn and follow to the auciton location

Items will include: Various Sizes and Styles of Wood African Mask, Large Collection of Fixed Blade and Folding Knives, Thousands of both Hard Back and Soft Back Books, Various Furniture Items, Chest Type Deep Freeze, Various Kitchenware Items, Concrete Yard Decor Items, Wrenches, Sockets, Ratchets, Screwdrivers, Power Tools - Saw, Drill, etc., This auciton is full of items and the shop building is so full it impossible to see everything.  Check the website often, as we begin to set up the auction updated photo's will be added. 

Auction Terms and Conditions:  All Items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, condition without any warranties expressed or implied.  All bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspections of the items they are interested in before bidding and buying.  Once the items are delcared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auctioneer will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. All items are to be paid for the day of auction. 

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Approved Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID,  Credit and Debit Cards are accepted as a form of payment as well.  All payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will have a 4% buyer's fee added to the total of the purchase.  Payments made with the use of a Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyer's fee waived on personal property items purchases only.  All Sales Are Final.

Restroom and Concessions Will Be Available Day of Auction
