ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BIDDING ONLINE WITH
PROGRESSIVE AUCTION CO. LLC
Please read them to insure you understand the changes and the reasons for them. ALL winning bidder’s charge cards will be automatically charged for the items they have won at the end of each auction. A pickup date and times will be assigned to each auction. Winning Bidders are required to pick up their items during the designated date and times. Failure to pick up your winning items for more than five days after the assigned pick update, the items will be declared abandoned and become the property of the Auction Co. You will still be responsible for the full payment of the items. This action has become necessary because of the lack of responsibility of some buyers. Some buyers have either failed to pick up their items as well as failed to pay for the items they have purchased. Just as a reminder, you are signing a legal binding contract when you register to bid. In addition, the sellers need to be paid on time and we need the we need the space for additional auctions. Any items bought and not picked up on the designated pickup date and left for more than five (5) days will be considered by the Auction Company as abandoned and will become the property of the Auction Company. |
