The property located at 102 Bacher Sq., Fairfield, OH 45104, Butler County ID#A0700032000031 will sell to the highest bidder at or above $60,000. A combination bid of $150,000 or more may be placed on both properties. The properties are zoned B1 Institutions & Office District by the city of Fairfield, OH. The seller does reserve the right to refuse a bid amount equal to or greater than the published reserve amount for one property if the bid for the second property is not equal to or greater than the reserve amount.
