Auctioneer Note: We have had to change the payments that we accept to CASH only at this auction due to absolutely no cell service or wi-fi at the auction location. We can't accept credit cards with no service. Checks may be accepted however will need to get prior approval before any purchases.
Covid Note: We will also try to practice social distancing the best we can at this auction. The Auction items will be carried outside during the auction. We want to keep everyone safe as possible. Masks are recommended but not required unless the Governor changes the mandates. Bottle water will be available and a few prepackaged snacks but no hot food will be served.
Contents of House to include: Sofa's, chairs, end tables, coffee tables, dressers, clock, mirror, older kirby vacumn, luggage,
bedroom furniture, hand made quilts, blankets, cedar chest, sewing box, towels, tv, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, tin cans, pillows, artificial flowers, knick knacks, ceramic cats etc...
Contents of Basement: Hand tools, shovels, drill press, lawn chair, table, bench grinder, old stove, wood stove, push mower, mason jars, ladders etc...
Equipment: MF Tractor compact tractor 1250 diesel 4 wd with front end loader, 16' trailer
