Auction Date is Wednesday September 1st. 2021 beginning at 11am Auction Terms and Conditions: All items including the Real Estate will be sold in as is, where is, condition. Once the personal property items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder. Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. All sales are final, and all personal property item purchases should be paid for the day of aucton. Real Estate Terms and Conditions: The real estate will be sold in as is, where is, conditon day of auction. All interested buyers of the real estate are invited to conduct a property inpsection if they desire. The expense of any property inspection will be the responsibility of the interested buyer. All property inspections should be conducted prior to the day of auction. The purchase of the real estate at auction will not be contingent upon financing. All interested buyers should have financing (if required) in place prior to the auction. The property will be offered with owner's acceptance of the final highest bid. There will be a 10% buyers premium included with the total bid price. (Example only, If a property sells for 100,000 dollars + 10% will equal 110,000 Dollars) The 10% buyers premium will be due day of auction. All interested buyers for the real estate should bring a letter guranteeing funds from their finanacial instituiton. Personal Property Payment Terms: We accept Cash, or Check with approved Photo ID, We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment for personal property item purchases. Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will have a 4% buyers fee included with the purchase total. Payments made with the use of cash or approved check will waive the 4% buyers fee.
