Auction Terms and Conditons:  All Items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is condition at the time of auction.  All buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items before bidding. Once the items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All Sales Are Final, All Purchases Must Be Paid for Day of Auction.

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID,  We also accept Credit and Debit Cards as a form of payment.   Purchases made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyer's fee included with the final total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyer's fee waived on personal property item purchases only.
