Auctioneers Note:  Most if not all of the Equipment and Vehicles WILL REQUIRE some form of work or restoration.  All items will be sold in as is, where is, condition without any warranties of any kind expressed or implied.  You should plan to bring a trailer to transport the equipment and vehicles.  There will be plenty of parking area for trucks with trailers.  The buyer of the equipment / vehicles will be given a title IF ONE IS AVAILABLE, otherwise all equipment and vehicles will be sold as salvage only, no title and bill of sale.   Buyers who purchase a trailer will be issued a Bill of Sale for the trailer.   All buyers should inspect the items they are interested in before bidding and buying.  Once the item is declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the resposibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  

Payment Terms and Conditons:

We accept Cash or Approved Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID,  Credit and Debit Cards are also accepted as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Cards will have a 4% buyer's fee included with the final purchase total.  Payments made with Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyer's fee waived on personal property items only.   All payments are required to be made day of auction.
