When customer enters a bid, he enters a binding contract by the laws and statues in the state of Texas.
Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Attic Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injureis suffered duing the process of this sale or pick up of items.

Auction Ends on Tuesday, June 29th Beginning at 6:00 P.M. Central Time
Pick up will be Thursday, July 1st at the Auction House which is located at 2000 W.SW. Loop 323 in Tyler, TX from 10:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m.
Please Read All Info. Only Items Marked SHIPPING will be shipped. If you bid on an item that is not marked SHIPPING AVAILABLE and you live out of the area and it is not picked up then, item will be forfeited and your card charged.
Auction begins ending on Tuesday June 29th beginning at 6:00 p.m. Central time.
After auction ends, you will receive an invoice and another email will be sent with pick up info.
Pick Up will be on Thursday July 1st. from 10:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m.
If paying with cash you will receive a 3% discount off buyer's premium. If you are tax exempt, please bring certificate with you.
