At the close of the auction, Jones Auction & Realty Service, LLC will send out your receipt to the email address used to register. You will be charged for your purchase total, the 16% Internet Premium, the 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax, and any applicable transaction fees. Any items not picked up by the end of the day of the last scheduled pick-up time shall be forfeited by the buyer and will no longer be considered their property. However, the bidder shall still be responsible for the final bid price of the items that were bid on plus the 16% Internet Premium, the 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax, and any applicable transaction fees. NO REFUNDS will be given. PLEASE NOTE: A $25 service fee will be charged to any account whose credit card on file is declined and requires additional time and telephone contact to establish payment for merchandise. Select items will be available for shipping with all packaging and shipping charges the responsibility of the buyer. UPS has a 70lb weight limit on shipments. Jones Auction & Realty has a limited number of supplies for packaging items. If sufficient supplies are not available, our local UPS Store aids with packaging items. HANDLING FEES APPLY: Small sized items: $5.00 Medium sized items: $10.00 Large sized items: $20.00 It will be the decision of the auction company to determine the handling fee charged. 4. We ship using UPS and USPS. UPS shipments are insured for $100 and USPS shipments for $50 at no extra charge. Any desired additional insurance will be charged to the buyer and it is the buyer's responsibility to notify us at the close of the auction if you desire additional shipping insurance.
