Auction Terms & Conditions
Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This is do to the current situation we are all dealing with so we can follow all government mandated orders as needed. This is only to accomodate these orders.
By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. Everthing is this auction can be shipped. Please review Shipping Terms and Conditions for more information. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception. There is only one pick up and payment day scheduled for this auction on Thursday July 1st, 2021 from 12:00pm until 7:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless arrangements for shipping have been made.
Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover. All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location.
There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however No Sales Tax will be charged. Please review all tabs for more information on viewing times, payment, pick up times and dates and more detailed terms.
Special Note: For the foreseeable future the following procedures will be enacted for pick up and payment. All purchases will be gathered by invoice by Ridge Crest staff and delivered to buyers outside of the building. Please follow signs when you arrive. No buyers will be allowed to enter our facility during pick up unless absolutely needed.

This is an online only auction. All bidding will take place and all bids must be placed online through our online bidding platform on our website. Please review all terms and conditions before you register and bid as policies and practices have temporarily changed due to current restrictions and mandates.
Auctioneer's Note - This auction is not held at our location. All activities for this auction will take place at 4100 Griswold Port Huron MI. This includes all Open Houses, Pick up and payment times. Also there is absolutely no shipping options available for this auction without exception.
Blue Water Area Humane Society has decided to try something new. With the success of their yearly auction they have decide to try a Jewelry and Designer purse auction and Ridge Crest Liquidators and Auctioneers are proud to partner with them in doing so. Included in this auction you will find designed fashion jewelry, character watches, bracelets, rings, necklaces, earrings and more. You will find many pieces of designed costume jewelry, gold & silver jewelry, vintage jewelry and more. You will also find numerous Designer purse and bags from makers like Coach, Kate Spade, Vera Bradley, Nine West, Fossil and more. Everything for this auction has been donated and money will go to the Society for their operating budget that is run strictly by donations and events like this. Please bid high, bid quick and bid often to help this very worthy cause.
