1. All winning bids will require payment before items are removed from the sale location. There is a 3.5% surcharge on all credit card purchases. If you wish to pay cash (NO CHECKS) at pick-up, there will be NO surchage applied. All credit cards must be brought to the pick-up location to be charged before removal of items. All unpaid/unclaimed winning bids will be charged to the card on file the day following the scheduled pick-up. We will not charge the card on file until after the scheduled pick-up, giving buyers a chance to pay cash to avoid the 3.5% credit card surcharge. Buyers have ten (10) business days after completion of sale to pick-up winning bids, unless prior arrangements have been made. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit/debit card, including buyer's premium, surcharges, sales tax, & shipping costs. No items will be removed until they have been paid for. Buyer is responsible for removal of all purchased lots. Unclaimed items will be re-sold, unless prior arrangements have been made. 5. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may require. Assistance/equipment is not provided, any tools/help needed for moving/dismantling purchased items must be supplied by the purchaser. Attendees specifically release and indemnify WB Auctioneer Service from liability therefore.
