Terms: All items are AS-IS with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. All sales are final! Wisconsin Sales tax of 5.5% charged to all Wisconsin bidders (unless a resellers permit is presented). Winning bids will be charged a 10% buyers premium added to the bid. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Credit Cards will be charged an additional 3.5% fee for processing. For any total purchases exceeding $2000.00, we request payment via cashier's check or cash. Call 715.339.2097. All items must be paid in full before removal.
Items being shipped: We use UPS and USPS for shipping.
If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $5 packaging fee for the first item and a $3 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling (such as the large photographs), an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason).
If you have a declined credit card, we will charge a $20 chase fee, unless you contact us with another form of payment within 24 hours (of decline) on business days.
If you are a no-show to the auction pick up, we will run your card and you forfeit the item(s). No Exceptions.

If you miss the auction pick up you forfeit your item(s). 20 Pearl Grandfather Clock | Vintage | Very Nice This measures 84" tall by 23" wide by 14" deep. I wound this and it is ticking very nice. This clock is in very nice condition. It has well cared for. The key is with it. 21 Vintage Maple Entryway Bench | Colonial Style This measures 42" wide by 35" tall by 18" deep. This appears to be handmade. It needs to be tightened in a couple spots. There is some light wear, overall good condition. 22 Lilac Purple Entryway Rug | Very Fluffy This is a piece of carpet that was into a nice rug. It measures 7 feet long by 21" wide. 23 Sam Timm Giclee Craquelure Bird Print This measures 34" by 9" tall. There are cardinals, Cedar Waxwings, Bluebirds, Robins and Chickadees Very nice. 24 Virginia Smetak Original Chickadees on Branch Art This measures 13" tall by 11" wide.
